Rovers rode an incredible rollercoaster to close out the regular season with a 2-2 draw at Gillingham that made sure of a place in the Sky Bet League Two play-offs.
Goals from Joe Ironside and Luke Molyneux had Rovers cruising at the break before Thimothée Lo-Tutala was dismissed after handling the ball outside the box.
Gillingham levelled with quickfire goals from Tim Dieng and a Tom Anderson own goal.
But Rovers defended superbly to maintain parity and book their place in the play-offs.
